About this deal

Runark (known outside Japan as Growl) is a belt-scrolling beat-em-up originally developed and published by Taito, first released in arcades in 1990 before being ported to the Sega Mega Drive. Set in the early 20th century, the player controls a forest ranger battling evil poachers who are driving animals to extinction, with the home version arriving in November 1991. This is the Japanese NTSC-J regional release for the Sega Mega Drive. It is a sought-after piece of retro gaming history and a great pick for fans of classic side-scrolling brawlers in the vein of Streets of Rage. The game is complete with its original case and manual, making it a more desirable collector's copy. Please note that Japanese Mega Drive cartridges require either a Japanese console or a compatible adapter to play on UK hardware.
