By using NerdMarket you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

• Use NerdMarket lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
• Content on the site is for your personal, non-commercial use unless we say otherwise.

Deals and external links

• Deal listings link to third-party retailers. We don't control their sites, prices, stock, or terms.
• Prices and availability change - always confirm details at the retailer before buying.
• Some external links are affiliate links. See our affiliate disclosure.

Buying first-party products

Products sold directly by NerdMarket are described as accurately as we can. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. Your cancellation and refund rights are on our returns & refunds page.

Community marketplace

Members can list items for sale. When you buy a marketplace item:

• The seller is responsible for the item, its description, dispatch, and after-sales - NerdMarket provides the platform and processes payment on the seller's behalf via Stripe.
• We charge a service fee on marketplace sales (shown at checkout): the seller receives the item price, NerdMarket keeps the fee.
• Returns and refunds follow our returns & refunds policy; statutory consumer rights apply to business sellers.

Selling on the marketplace

• List only items you're entitled to sell and that comply with our prohibited-items rules.
• Describe items accurately, dispatch promptly, and handle returns in line with the law and our policies.
• Payouts go to your connected Stripe account; you're responsible for your own tax obligations.
• We may suspend sellers who breach these terms or our policies.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for losses arising from third-party retailers or external links.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use means you accept the current version.
