Prohibited items

To keep NerdMarket safe and lawful, the following must not be listed. Listings that breach this are removed, and repeat offenders lose selling access.

Not allowed

• Weapons, ammunition, or anything designed to cause harm.
• Illegal goods, or items whose sale is restricted by law.
• Counterfeit, replica, or pirated goods.
• Stolen goods, or items you don't have the right to sell.
• Hazardous or dangerous materials (chemicals, certain batteries shipped unsafely).
• Adult content.
• Recalled products, or items that fail UK safety requirements.
• Anything with legal restrictions NerdMarket can't safely handle.

Selling responsibly

• Describe items honestly, including faults and condition.
• Only list what you actually have and can dispatch.
• Follow the law for your location.

Not sure about something? Leave it off, or ask us first. When in doubt, don't list it.
