The NETGEAR GS308PP is a plug-and-play unmanaged switch aimed at small offices and home offices that need to power and connect multiple devices over a single cable run. PoE+ support delivers both power and data across a single Cat5 Ethernet cable to devices such as IP security cameras, VoIP phones and wireless access points. With no configuration required, you can quickly expand your network connections to multiple devices straight out of the box. All 8 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports can supply PoE+, giving a total power budget of 83W. Each port supports PoE and PoE+ up to 30W, making it suitable for wireless access points, PTZ and fixed IP cameras, VoIP phones, and IoT devices. The FlexPoE budget is upgradeable to 123W using a 130W power adapter, sold separately. The fanless design keeps noise to a minimum, and the unit supports both desktop and wall mounting.
