The NETGEAR GS724Tv6 is a smart cloud-managed L2+/Layer 3 Lite gigabit switch featuring 24 x 10/100/1000 Mbps auto-sensing RJ45 ports and two dedicated Gigabit SFP ports in a 1U rackmount chassis. The SFP ports provide fibre uplinks without sacrificing any downlink ports, and can also be used to build redundant uplinks via link aggregation and failover. The switch uses a non-blocking architecture supporting 100% Gigabit throughput, includes Auto Voice VLAN and Auto Video VLAN for fast deployment of VoIP and IP surveillance, and supports static routing for more efficient use of internal network resources. NETGEAR Insight Cloud management can be activated directly from the web GUI, allowing configuration and monitoring from anywhere via the Insight mobile app or Insight Cloud portal. It is well suited to small and medium-sized businesses wanting a cost-effective, centrally managed access switch.
