Available in 2.4, 2.8, 3.2 or 3.5 inch diagonal sizes, these TFT LCD modules connect to a microcontroller via SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface), keeping wiring minimal and freeing up GPIO pins. Each module includes a resistive touchscreen, so you can detect finger presses anywhere on the screen. The display produces up to 18-bit colour, offering 262,000 different shades, and is backlit by four white LEDs. The SPI interface makes these modules straightforward to connect to popular microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi. They are well suited to hobbyists, makers and students building prototypes or adding a colour display to an embedded project. An SD card slot is included for easy expansion, and sample code is provided to help get started.
