Bungo Stray Dogs is a Japanese manga series written by Kafka Asagiri and illustrated by Sango Harukawa, serialised in Kadokawa Shoten's seinen magazine Young Ace since 2012. Each character is named after a real-world literary figure, with their supernatural powers rooted in that author's works. The series follows the Armed Detective Agency as they protect Yokohama, centring on weretiger Atsushi Nakajima, who joins others gifted with abilities to solve mysteries and take on missions. The English edition is published by Yen Press, with the first volume released in December 2016. The English translation is by Kevin Gifford. This bundle collects the first 16 volumes in first edition printings and is ideal for fans of action and supernatural mystery manga, or anyone wanting to own a substantial run of a series that has also spawned a popular anime adaptation and multiple spin-offs.
