About this deal
Village Attacks is a cooperative castle defence game for 1 to 5 players in which everyone takes on the roles of famous monsters from folklore and legend. Designed by Adam Smith and published by Grimlord Games, the castle interior is constructed using a modular tile system made up of beautifully illustrated game tiles that allow for near limitless combinations and layouts. The villagers are controlled by the game itself, making it a completely cooperative experience. Each monster possesses unique abilities that can be levelled up by slaying villagers and completing objectives, and monsters are categorised into types which affect how they interact with enemy forces, as hunters and town heroes deal extra damage to monsters that match their types. In various scenarios there are different victory conditions, ranging from survival to being killing machines or mastering the use of traps. The game is recommended for ages 14 and up, and a session runs between 30 and 180 minutes. This listing is for the complete core game.
