This Tuya WiFi Smart IR RF remote control hub is a compact, plug-in device that replaces the need for multiple separate remote controls in your home. It supports both infrared (IR) devices such as air conditioners, TVs, fans and audio equipment, as well as RF devices such as gates, remote-controlled lights, curtains and remote switches. It connects directly to your 2.4GHz WiFi network with no additional home gateway required, and is powered via a Micro USB port, requiring a 5V/1A USB power adapter (not included) or any USB port. Managed through the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app, you can turn devices on and off remotely, set timers and create automations directly from your smartphone or tablet. It draws on a cloud-based database of 4,000+ brands and 50,000+ IR codes, which is continually updated. A DIY learning function lets you store infrared signals for unsupported devices, and the hub is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing you to manage your TV, air conditioning and other devices with simple voice commands. Note that RF support covers 433MHz and 315MHz fixed code and learning code, but rolling code and encryption code are not compatible.
