These are original Marvel UK weekly Transformers comics from the late 1980s. Marvel UK produced a G1 comic which ran for 332 issues, reprinting the American stories and adding in many new stories built around them. The run from issue 27 until 208 was released on a weekly basis. Issues 151-199 fall squarely within this weekly era and cover a rich stretch of storytelling. Issue 151 carries the Legacy of Unicron storyline, while issue 199 kicks off the Time Wars epic, with a wide variety of original UK material and US reprints in between. This lot is ideal for collectors and fans looking to fill gaps in their original run. Due to the practice of writing the name of the subscriber on the cover corner by newsagents, it can be difficult to find some issues of Marvel UK in good condition.
