Shouwa Otome Otogibanashi (also known as Showa Maiden Fairytale) is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Sana Kirioka, and is the sequel to Taisho Otome Fairy Tale. Set in the late 1920s at the dawn of the Showa Era, it follows a girl and a boy in the city of Kobe who both lived under abusive households and swore an oath to be together until death. The series spans the genres of comedy, historical fiction, and romance, and is aimed at a shonen audience. The sequel was serialised on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ online magazine from August 2018 to May 2020, with Shueisha collecting its chapters into five tankobon volumes released between January 2019 and July 2020.
