About this deal
The One Piece Soshuhen series, also known as the Log Books or Complete Collections, is an alternative publication format for the One Piece manga , published in Japan by Shueisha. In format and design, these volumes are essentially Weekly Shonen Jump issues focused exclusively on One Piece, each compiling at least twenty chapters of the manga alongside advertisements, interviews, and other exclusive bonuses. Like Jump, the Complete Collections are printed on B5-size pages and keep most colour art intact, unlike the smaller standard volumes which convert most colour art to greyscale. This 16th volume in the series is named after Brook, the musician of the Straw Hat Pirates and one of their two swordsmen, who joins the crew at the end of the Thriller Bark arc. Brook ate the Yomi Yomi no Mi (Revive-Revive Fruit), which allowed him to return to life after death and eventually gave him significant control over his own soul and the souls of others. This is a Japanese-language edition from 2011, in very good condition, and will appeal to One Piece collectors and fans looking for an authentic piece of the series' original publication history.
