About this deal
The Nintendo Game Boy Advance is a compact handheld console first released in 2001, landing in Europe on 22nd June of that year. The Clear Glacier colourway is a translucent blue finish and is one of the original launch colours for the system. It features a 2.9-inch reflective TFT colour LCD screen and runs on two AA batteries. The 32-bit RISC CPU delivers a significant step up in processing power over earlier Game Boy hardware. The GBA is backwards compatible with both original Game Boy and Game Boy Color games, making it one of the most versatile handhelds in the Game Boy line. Its library spans platformers, RPGs, and titles ported from 8-bit and 16-bit systems, all the way through to the Super Mario Advance series. A link port on the top of the console allows connection to other Game Boy devices via a Game Link Cable or Wireless Adapter. This is a used, tested and working example -- ideal for retro gaming fans or collectors looking for a classic piece of Nintendo history.
