About this deal

The Nintendo Game Boy Advance (model AGB-001) is Nintendo's leap into true 32-bit handheld gaming, released in 2001. The successor to the Game Boy Color, it features a much larger screen with controls positioned to the sides rather than underneath. Powered by an ARM processor with rich colour capabilities and a horizontal form factor, it delivered console-like experiences on a portable device. It runs on two AA batteries and includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and a volume control wheel. Despite lacking a backlight, the AGB-001 is supported by an extensive library of iconic GBA titles and is fully backward compatible with Game Boy and Game Boy Color games. The GBA is completely region-free , so cartridges from any region will work. This used purple example is a solid choice for retro gaming fans and collectors who want access to one of the finest handheld libraries ever made.
