Bloomburrow is the 101st Magic: The Gathering expansion, released in August 2024. Set on the plane of Bloomburrow, a world entirely populated by cute anthropomorphic animals with no humans, it features creatures such as squirrels, frogs, mice and rabbits, each with their own advanced culture. Creature types are central to the set, with each of the ten two-colour pairs having an associated animal type, including otters, raccoons and squirrels. These are individual single uncommon cards sold ungraded, making them ideal for players looking to complete a Bloomburrow collection, fill out draft decks, or build Standard and Commander decks on a budget. The set introduces a gift mechanic, with four varieties including gifting a Food token, a Treasure token, a card draw or a tapped Fish creature token. The offspring mechanic also features, letting you pay an additional cost when casting certain creature spells to create a 1/1 token copy when that creature enters.
