About this deal
Released in 1985, LEGO Town Airport (6392) was the first airport set produced in the LEGO Town theme. It includes an airport building with control tower, a helicopter, an airplane, a runway, a baggage cart, and eight minifigures including pilots and a policeman. Alongside set 6368 Jet Airliner, it launched the first minifigure-compatible airplane models and introduced new elements such as engines, nosecones and airplane window pieces. The airport building features a check-in counter, a baggage check-in area with an x-ray screening machine, a waiting area, and a small first-floor restaurant. The set is notably large thanks to four big runway baseplates, each 256mm square. This is a used example of a much-sought-after vintage classic, ideal for collectors and LEGO enthusiasts who remember the sets of the 1980s. Please check the listing carefully for part counts and completeness before purchasing.
