Set 77258 marks the first time the LEGO Group has joined the F1 Academy grid with their own car, and the 201-piece build is aimed at ages 10 and up. F1 Academy is a single-seater racing series launched to promote female motorsport talent, with real-life driver Esmee Kosterman racing the LEGO-sponsored car in the 2026 season. The completed model measures over 4 cm high, 18 cm long and 7 cm wide. The car features a cockpit, rear wing, and tyres imprinted with "Pirelli", and includes a female F1 Academy driver minifigure with a helmet, wig, and wrench. The shaping and colours are highly detailed, and the set makes good use of printed elements alongside a modest number of stickers. Builders can follow the instructions digitally via the LEGO Builder app, with the ability to zoom in and rotate the model in 3D.
