Last Hero Inuyashiki is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hiroya Oku. The story centres on two characters who both gain superhuman abilities after a mysterious explosion: an elderly man who chooses to use his powers for good, healing the sick and fighting crime, and a high school student who abuses his powers, indulging in murder and chaos. The series explores the conflict between these two individuals with the same powers but opposite ideals, delving into themes of humanity and morality. The manga was serialised in Evening magazine from 2014 to 2017 and was later adapted into a TV anime. The series contains extreme violence and other adult themes, so it is aimed at a mature audience -- fans of Oku's earlier cult hit Gantz will find it very familiar in tone.
