These are out-of-print plastic Gretchin (also known as Grots) miniatures produced by Games Workshop for the 2nd Edition of Warhammer 40,000, released in 1993. The Gretchin and Orks for the 2nd Edition box were designed by renowned sculptor Kev Adams. The figures are monopose plastics, still attached to their original sprue, making them especially sought after in this uncut, unbuilt state. A rare find for Oldhammer collectors and Ork hobbyists alike, these miniatures have long since gone out of production and are no longer available through Games Workshop. They are ideal for completing or expanding vintage 2nd Edition Ork armies, and were also used in the Gorkamorka specialist game. Buying on sprue means the figures remain unassembled and can be clipped, built, converted, and painted exactly as you choose.
