F1 Race is a top-down Formula One racing game originally developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo. The Game Boy version was published in Japan on 9 November 1990 , and it features longer race tracks set in different countries and new driving mechanics compared to the original Famicom release. The game supports up to four players via a special adapter , and several Nintendo characters -- including Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Toad, Bowser, Link, Samus, Pit, and Donkey Kong -- appear at the end of race tracks. This listing is the Japanese version (DMG-F1A, NTSC-J) complete with its original box, tested and working, with the cartridge in very good condition. Game Boy cartridges are region-free, so this can be played on any Game Boy console regardless of region.
