About this deal
This is a compact ESP32-S3 development board built around Espressif's low-power MCU system-on-chip that integrates 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy dual-mode wireless communication. It is available in two memory configurations: the N16R8 variant carries 16 MB of flash and 8 MB of PSRAM, while the N8R2 variant offers 8 MB of flash and 2 MB of PSRAM. Under the hood, the LX7 dual-core processor runs at up to 240 MHz with 512 KB of built-in SRAM and 44 programmable GPIOs. The two Type-C ports serve distinct purposes: one handles USB-to-UART communication and the other provides ESP32-S3 USB OTG connectivity. Aimed at hobbyists, students, and professional developers working on IoT, AIoT, and embedded projects, the board is compatible with Arduino IDE, MicroPython, and ESP-IDF. It supports high-speed Octal SPI flash and off-chip RAM, and includes vector instructions via the ESP-DSP and ESP-NN libraries to accelerate tasks such as image recognition and speech wake-up. Most I/O pins are broken out to headers on both sides of the board, so developers can connect peripherals with jumper wires or mount the board directly on a breadboard. An antenna base is included in the box to support the external antenna connector variant.
