The CSI 3060SW is a switch-mode bench power supply from Circuit Specialists, offering a fully variable DC output of 0-30V and 0-60A. Its high current capacity makes it well suited to demanding applications such as battery charging, motor testing, and high-power electronics work. As a switch-mode design it is far smaller and lighter than a comparable linear unit, while still delivering efficient, reliable power across a wide range of loads. Separate coarse and fine current control dials allow precise current limiting, and high-resolution LCD displays show both voltage and current, with a ten-turn voltage adjustment dial and heavy-duty output terminals. A set of screw-clamp connections for outputs up to 5A is also provided on the front panel, beneath the display. Current limiting and short circuit protection are built in for safe operation.
