Published by Ravensburger in 2021, Alien: Fate of the Nostromo is a used cooperative survival board game inspired by the classic 1979 sci-fi horror film. Players take the role of crew members Ripley, Lambert, Parker, Brett, or Dallas and must work together to outwit a deadly xenomorph. It supports 1 to 5 players and plays in around 45 to 60 minutes. Players move through the ship, gather supplies, and craft items across a series of objectives. To win, crew members must complete their starting objectives and one of five final missions, and they lose if their morale reaches zero or if the Nostromo self-destructs. Players can also introduce Science Officer Ash for a more challenging game, as he moves through the ship removing scrap and forcing the crew to lose morale. The game includes detailed miniatures and thematic artwork, making it a great pick for fans of the Alien franchise aged 10 and up.
