The Benewake TFmini Plus is a compact, single-point solid-state LiDAR sensor that uses the Time of Flight (ToF) principle, emitting modulated near-infrared light and measuring the round-trip phase difference to calculate distance. It offers +/-1% accuracy over 5 m to 12 m, and +/-5 cm accuracy down to 10 cm. It supports a high sampling rate of up to 1000 Hz and has a narrow detection cone of 3.6 degrees. The IP65 enclosure makes it dust-tight and water-resistant, with proven performance in high-vibration environments. It supports both UART and I2C interfaces for versatile connectivity and easy integration. The sensor detects a wide variety of surfaces indoors and outdoors, including water, grass, snow, trees and bushes, making it well suited to robotics, drones, automation, and embedded projects using platforms such as Arduino or Raspberry Pi. This pack contains two units, giving you a spare or allowing simultaneous use in the same project.
